Excellent knowledge and service. You will not be disappointed!
There is no difference around my eyes after the injections. 20 units / 10 on each side is more than I have ever received. I felt it was too much for that area but she insisted. There is no visible or physical difference in the area. Therefore, if there is no difference in 2 weeks I will understand that the Botox was diluted or not injected at all. I will then take action against the salon.

Everything was great and Amber was nice up until I was charged $800 for PRP service that was added to my fibroplast procedure without consulting me and discussing the price. What if I couldn't afford it? I simply thought it was a part of fibroplast setvice. Luckily we were able to work it out,but it left me with negative experience.Please please please let us know up front so this could be avoided

Alla I’m not sure where your confusion on the cost of the procedures is coming from. You came in in May for fibroblast through Groupon and purchased an additional PRP treatment. At the time you said nothing about the cost. In fact you brought your mom back on June 2 for the same treatment. Only your mom wanted extensive fibroblast treatment done on her face. Would not recommend, not worth the price and the below average results. Ideal Image substantially better.

As mentioned at your follow up visit today and as shown in your before and after photos your Botox did exactly what it should have done for the units you received. We can’t give you free Botox in which you were requesting and do not wish to have clients voucher shop. Since you like Ideal solutions so much please go back there for any future service as you are not willing to listen to the recommendations from out experience medical providers we would rather not see you as a patient anymore.
Do not go here!!! Bottom line: This is my 6th time getting Botox and this woman made me feel horrible about myself :( This is what I look like a day later. She charged me $260 on top of what I already paid for and NOT ONCE mentioned the charge or pricing prior to injections. I am horrified people can practice like this.

Got Botox for my first time there & was excited. I bought 20 units & immediately told I needed 20 more for my brow line which I did. At 27, I don’t have deep lines, at all so thought this was odd. I am officially 2 weeks post Botox and have had MULTIPLE friends ask if I got it yet or when will it finally work. I have little to no results, even after spending $300 more for the brow area!

You shouldn’t buy a Groupon for something just so when you are in the office they raise the prices. Normal Botox is between $10-$12 per unit. I was told Botox went up all over and it’s $15 a unit. Way to recoup the Groupon! —-Fail in my books. I called other facilities to find out that their rates and they did not go up like the individual stated. I will not be going back.
I’ve had Botox at a lot of places and unfortunately this time was not good. Forehead lopsided and one side way too much and my eyebrow dropped while other side didn’t work at all. It seemed like it was too fast. Only took maybe a minute for all the forehead sites. at least Botox wears off 🙁

I don't recommend this place due to rushing me through the visit and not explaining that dysport may not work. I spent more money beyond what I paid for the Groupon. They acted like it's my fault for not knowing or understanding dysport. Which to a certain extent they're probably right, but I was seeking their advice and knowledge of the product. Oh well...
