We had a great experience. Our mortgage specialist walked us through the process, let know what was needed to process our loan and worked to get us the best rate. She was in constant contact with us to keep us informed on where we were and made our closing easy. I would recommend them highly.

The entire process was seamless through the end. Everyone was super helpful and everything was done in a timely manner. It didn’t matter how many times I called and asked questions, I was never made to feel like I was bothering anyone. Everyone always took the time to talk to me. The one thing that I was super disappointed about (even to this day) is picking plans with a fireplace, but in the end, not being able to get one.
