i have been a victim of this fraud company which I lost $50,000 to. i did not know it was a scam until i started getting a lot of excuses about why i cannot withdraw my money and, i was asked to pay more money before i can withdraw the money i invested. i lost a lot of money. DSLD builds great homes and that process is awesome to work with. On the lending side my clients have had consistently poor experiences with the mortgage company. The lenders sit on files for days and do not work on them. The lenders don’t follow up with clients for needed loan documentation, lenders don’t respond to emails or calls, and they are rude. Go elsewhere the incentive aren’t worth it! Horrible lack in communication! Instead of being told all at once what was needed we would get multiple emails days apart on more stuff they needed instead of being organized and asking for it all at once. Then comes closing day....... we were moving states. Husband and I had movers scheduled, uhaul rented, stayed over night in hotel to be ready for our closing the next morning at 10:30 got told night before at 5:30 that it might be moved to 4 then told no 10:30 we would be ready o... read more
