When I went in for my recent appointment I was a little late (my fault, not theirs) and they were very understanding. There's always a very short wait (5 or 10 min. perhaps) once you check in. I have extremely sensitive teeth and expressed my concerns to the hygienist who was very gentle with me. As a result I felt very little discomfort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Sadineni or her staff.
