Dr. Dugas and his staff welcomed me as a new patient walk in and quickly ascertained the problem and solution for my dental pain. The procedure occurred that very day and I was able to enjoy dinner with my family just a few hours later. Very professional and courteous service.
I really like all the people that work at this office and feel comfortable going in to have my work done. Everyone is nice and understanding about my nervousness with getting dental work done. I would recommend this office to anyone. :)
Last week I had a cleaning on Tuesday and fillings replaced on Thursday. Thank you to the staff for making what could have been an uncomfortable experience just another day at the office. I also appreciate Dr Dugas and staff being extremely friendly and constantly explaining the various procedures.
Well, no one looks forward to a dental visit, but I'm very pleased with my visit yesterday. Ive never felt so informed about my dental health. Not all good news of course, but for the first time I know whats really going on in my mouth. Dr Dugas took his time & explained everything to me. He will be my new dentist, and I have already refered him to a friend.
Even though this office just opened it runs smoothly with friendly employees. The doctor took the time to answer my (many) questions on a variety of things. They were all patience and willing to take the time to talk to me. The technology there is really up to date, and helped me see what they were seeing that needed to be done. I was so impressed with everything there. I am definitely going back to Dugas Dentist, and recommending them!
I highly recommend Dr. Dugas and his staff to anyone searching for a dentist. They are very welcoming and Dr. Dugas is very thorough in his examination. He takes the time to explain everything to you and shows you the pictures of what work needs done. This was my first visit and I know I will definitely choose him as my new dentist! Everyone who works there are very professional and friendly.
My visit to Dr. Dugas' office was unexpected. An old crown had broken and a relative had recently recommended that I go to his office. Dr. Dugas was able to get me in immediately. The experience was amazing! He explained every step so I understood, the procedure was totally painless, his office staff were friendly and efficient. I can truly say this was the first time in my life that a visit to the dentist didn't bring any pain! I highly recommend Dr. Dugas!
