I don’t like the experience of a dental visit but my last experience was totally different , Steven reassured me that he was up to date with my notes , he was very patient , kind and took the time to explain what he was going to do , I felt nothing was too much trouble, even suggesting using smaller slides for the X-ray which made a huge difference as normally inside my cheeks bleed where they cut .11/10 for my last experience

I had an emergency situation and was offered an appointment that day with a Dentist who wasn't my regular Dentist.. He'd clearly familiarised himself with my issue and resolved the situation with compassion and gentleness - if you can say that with a tooth extraction!
