Horrible customer service
The female manager Debbie is very rude and unfriendly. I was there last year and the male manager was very helpful and respectful.. I don’t know if the manager was rude because she dislikes Hispanics or what but I will not go back.. I am sorry that you will lose my business
We came to Redding for my mom’s press conference, we decided to stay at Durango RV Resort in Red Bluff. They got great reviews and it seemed like a nice clean resort. On Monday, November 16th the day before I was to go to court to see my mom’s murderer my mini Aussie was attacked by a pit bull here at Durango RV. My dog was leashed (I was walking him and my girls saw the whole thing!) the pit bull was not leashed.
