When I asked about different scenarios, he easily explained what was best for what I was looking for. He made my part in applying for the loan much easier because he always sent a link to the place I needed to go or made it easier to sign documents by adding the link instead of me printing them out and then signing, etc. That was a real time saver. Dustin is smart, quick and efficient. He probably gets double the work done in half the time as most of us. He made it very easy to respond because he ALWAYS sent a link that would send me right where I needed to be instead of referring to the link he sent 2 or 3 days ago. More work on his part, but less work on my part. He knows his numbers really well and is able to advise on the best way to go with ease. He is very confident and makes me, the customer, feel like his advice is the right way to go.
