Telling me on a monday you locked my interest rate in the day before , on a Sunday? 2 weeks after you told me my payment amount and now its 1% higher and I'm into the process 30 days now. Then I see reviews saying the same thing happened to them! That's shady business tactics . Then I was told the loan amount would be in my checking the day after closing . It was great up until the point where a bait and switch was pulled on the interest rate. Then we found out that even though we were told we wouldn't make the new mortgage payment for two months, it was due in a month. I chose MoO based on the rate and the fact we didn't have to start new payments for 2 months - both didn't pan out the way they were supposed to.
