Dylan and Amy were AMAZING to work with! Within a week of reaching out, Dylan has us pre-approved as first-time home buyers! Dylan scheduled a call and went over our loan options in depth, including the terms and limitations of each type. He worked with our down payment budget and gave us realistic monthly payment estimates at various purchase prices.
