His phone ettiquecy was poor, and he was supper rude, difficult to communicate with. I asked for a form and catelog to be emailed, he state, he will email in 2-3 business days. I repeated that all I wanted is an email, he state, he was very busy doing other things and the best time for him to get back to me is then.
