They were on top of everything and the process to e-sign all the paperwork was easy. The agent Eric Newport was there for me day and night and allowed me to txt him for any questions or concerns. I initially had a different company but I gave EMortgage a call on a whim from a flyer I received in the mail. They had dropped the interests rate considerably from the 1st company and the process was done in about 3 weeks whereas the other company is still gathering data.
It was great experience. Paul was very responsive and prompt.

Being Park is a very soft spoken person, friendly and know what’s his doing. You can call him anytime of the night and for sure he’ll answer you. I was so glad to be able to work with him and guided me all the way until the end of my refi.
All I did was just one phone call to Daniel and I got the best possible rate in 3-4 mins. The entire process was very smooth and I strongly recommend him :)
