Refi takes a lot of paperwork so having online uploads/downloads and esignatures really helps.
Daniel was quick with answering my questions and in most instances already gave me the information I needed. His communication was excellent, replying to my emails quickly. He was excellent with looking for the best rate and explaining to me all my options. I will and and already have referred friends to Daniel. He by far exceeded my expectations and is better than any other loan officer I have ever worked with.
This project took longer than originally expected and had a few unexpected issues, but Eric went above and beyond expectations in his clear communication and resolution in each instance. He was always very responsive and moved thing along as fast as he could. I really appreciate his caring and the individual attention that he gave me.
