Everything was done in a timely matter. As I told Daniel, I felt our interest rate was misrepresented. We were going to go with another company at the rate if 2.5% and Danial said he could get my brother and us 2.375%. I asked if that rate was locked in, he said not until I complete my application and get it in. I did that the same day and when it came time to sign closing doc's, my rate was 2.5% not 2.375%, I would have to buy down. I would have stuck with the other company, to good to be true.
Mike was always responsive. I never had to wait to get an answer.
Excellent communication, everything goes very smoothly and very quick. Of course everyone have a great rate, but not everyone have th best customer service like Phil!!!
