There are not words to express the level of service I received from Peter during my mortgage process. He was extremely timely, Acurate. Responsive and made sure my needs were met during the entire process. He made sure to communicate with me during the entire process and I never had to worry about where I was in my mortgage process. I highly recommend him for all your mortgage needs. He has far exceeded all my expectations during what can be a very stressful process and made this a very seemless and stress free process.
Where do I even begin with how amazing Kelle is? I started out in February with a lender called Newfi, who told me they could have my DSCR loan closed within 21 days, not only did they deny my loan after 40 days, but they ran me in circles the whole entire time. Kelle got my loan closed in less than 14 days. She knew her products well, and she was incredibly efficient getting me to the closing table. I highly recommend her and her services to experienced investors, and new homeowners. Thank you Kelle!

Had great a good feeling of security and competence, and friendly , understanding of our transactions.Christina is very knowledgeable and able to the explain requirements to my understanding.
My primary negative is that I was told that the lender wold absorb the cost of appraisal as part of its general fee, and that I was asked to prepay it only because I would be responsible to cover it if the loan didn't close. It did close -- but I didn't get back the appraisal fee. Otherwise things went as smoothly as a complex transaction (particularly one involving a government agency, FHA) could be expected.
