Had great a good feeling of security and competence, and friendly , understanding of our transactions.Christina is very knowledgeable and able to the explain requirements to my understanding.
My primary negative is that I was told that the lender wold absorb the cost of appraisal as part of its general fee, and that I was asked to prepay it only because I would be responsible to cover it if the loan didn't close. It did close -- but I didn't get back the appraisal fee. Otherwise things went as smoothly as a complex transaction (particularly one involving a government agency, FHA) could be expected.
Smooth Process, Great communication
Patrick and his team were fantastic to work with. He never made us feel like we took too much time or asked a silly question; this was especially important and helpful for us as first time buyers. He was there every step of the way in the home-buying process and was patient and accommodating with our work schedules. We are so thankful for Patrick and his team!

Daryl has once again made the process (this time purchasing instead of refinancing a home) easy and as stress free as possible. He has always been ready to explain and resolve any issues that arise.
