Justin was professional, knowledgeable, & we enjoyed working with him. The issues we had were with communication. Once we were getting the loan started I got emails from several different people, some that were asking for the same thing. It was confusing & frustrating as I was trying to collect everything that was needed but it seemed that all the people working with us weren’t talking to each other. Justin always answered my calls, but there was some info we didn’t get explained before closing.
