Chayson always responded quickly and addressed any tasks quickly, even responding late evenings and weekends.
The refinancing process took less than 3 weeks, Chayson is top of things from the beginning until closing. He was very honest, I got exactly what I've expected and I am happy to have my mortgage rate lowered to what I've asked. We received a mailer from eMortgage (like the hundreds of others that you get every day...), I looked on a couple of the review sites (Yelp, etc) and saw mostly good reviews... I happened get connected to Paul Lee, which was good fortune... When we spoke the first time, the rates were not advantageous for us... Paul reached out a couple of months later.. He provided a clear path on what needed to be done, we worked together and we ended up saving a significant amount of money... :)
