They discriminate when they don’t need to. Not allowing one to come in with their pet over a personal medical choice is unacceptable.
very caring and compassionate staff. always willing to answer all my questions (sometimes twice..lol) very reassuring and willing to squeeze us in when this concerned pawrent felt it necessary. so many other reasons ....you all are great !!!

Whoever the on call vet was today, my dog got hit by a car and wasn't deemed "critical enough" to be saved. Thank for nothing, my dog is DEAD.

We had a first experience with our cats a few months ago and felt that they had received adequate care so decided to return. One was found to have a heart murmur then and it was recommended that we come back to see if it had worsened. The other had a growth on his toe. We saw a different vet this time and we left feeling deflated and like we received was vapid. She listened to the one's heart beat and concurred that there was a murmur.
