Horrible experience. overpriced and very rude front desk ladies. they left me a voicemail saying my dog needed $2000 surgery in Ames when my dog only needed pain medicine. They charged us for xrays and we STILL have never seen them. tried charging us twice after we showed them the papers saying we paid for the shot. never again.
Horrible I had brought my cat a few times for urinary blockage the first time the Dr was good but wasn't happy how he was covered in urine n crap when I checked on him in the 3 days but when I sadly had to put him down I was devastated n all they cared about me writing a check even though I was an established client then it took weeks to get his ashes back after being told I'd get him back in a week.
