Angela has always been knowledgeable and friendly. In expressing my concern over a sensitive tooth, Angela took an extra x-ray and explained in layman terms the condition. On another occasion, I cracked a tooth. The office scheduled me in immediately, developed and put in a crown on the same day. Service can't get any better than this. The staff was courteous, friendly, and above all, understanding about my situation.

I was late for my appt., but everyone was very courteous even though I was late. Also, I had some questions regarding an upcoming root canal and they took time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. All of the staff including the dentists seem to care about the patient.

Had my first appointment at East Ridge Dental and was treated extremely well. The dental hygienist, Brittney, was awesome - a very gentle touch and nice person. Dr. Reckling is very knowledgable and a great person. It was definitely worth making the switch.
