The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Everybody from the receptionists, to the techs, to the vets. You can tell everybody really cares about the animals.

We just switched our two pups over to East State and we couldn't be happier! I have a special needs dog so I called ahead of time to make sure they would be able to handle his medical issues, and Sue at the front desk took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions. Dr. Andrist was wonderful, and the whole staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. The appointment was on time and we were done super fast! I bring my pitbull mix,Lilah, to East State Veterinary clinic, and I could not say enough positive things about the excellent care we always receive. From walking in the door, I have always received such a friendly welcome from the girls at the front desk. Every time I call for a prescription refill for Lilah, they get it filled so quickly and are always so nice.
