Everyone is very courteous and I really like the way I am treated when there.

My procedure was scheduled timely and I was notified immediately. I have never waited long in the waiting room or in the exam room
High points-Was able to get appointment day after I called. Short wait in lobby-Work up done efficiently and friendly-Saw Dr Guillory in next few minutes- Ears cleaned out and feel much better. Also easy access to new location. Phone staff helpful and friendly. ALL GOOD.
Found the problem and is helping me solve it.
Very nice experience …. The front desk ladies were very cordial & helpful …. Wait time was not excessive …. Dr Gillory & his nurse was very courteous & professional …. Had a good plan for my ear problems / sinus issues …. Overall , a very positive experience …. Will deifinitely recommend his office to friends ….. Great job , folks !!!!
