I was apprehensive because of all the bad things you here about vets and their bottom line. The staff was very knowledgeable with what was going on with my cat. They did everything possible to help him and he is doing great now. They treat him like one of the family and that means alot to me.
My 2 dogs were boarded for 2 nights. I know they are well cared for and I am quite comfortable and satisfied with their care. This really helps relieve my guilt about leaving my girls while I am out of town.

I would have given a higher rating except that we arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment time, then had to wait 20 minutes past our scheduled time for a total of 1/2 hour wait. It would have been okay if someone had at least told me there would be a wait but no one said a word until I asked what was the delay.
