I've been a customer there for a few years and I must say that I was less than pleased with my last visit. A new vet to me walked in to the room and began discussing my dog's status without introducing herself first. I was told that I would be given written instructions on things to monitor but that didn't happen. Unfortunately I heard the vet and nurse negatively discussing my questions...

This place has the worst customer service. My dog is a patient here and we also use for boarding throughout the year. 50% of the time they can't print out an invoice to let me know what we are paying for. My bill is always over $400+. Doctors are competent, office staff is okay although slow but Practice Manager is a very unprofessional woman who apparently doesn't believe in satisfying the customers. After my dog's tags were lost, she was barely apologetic and has reluctantly offered me replacements at their cost.
