Im a repeat user of ********************** from ************ to **** and now from **** to ************. Pick up and delivery was on the scheduled dates. First ****** arrived in ************ a day too early before we were there so car was transferred to a local carrier who delivered the next day on the scheduled date. Will use them again.

OUTSTANDING !I spent 5 weeks with other shippers trying to get my car moved.I finally gave up on the ones my broker recommended. Had my vehicle in ** right across the bridge and needed to get it to the ** but was unable to get any local tow companies to assist. Some were quoting almost 1k or saying they would get back to me and nothing. Called Easy Auto Ship and spoke with **** (super nice) she gave me some suggestions and I tried those but again no luck. So I called back and asked them to assist me. She started trying to find a way to help me right away, always communicate where she was in the process. Easy Auto Ship was great to work with despite the first carrier they assigned to me for my car shipment. The carrier was from absolute h*ll (!), rude and unprofessional, but Easy Auto Ship stepped in and found me another carrier within les than 45 minutes. That newly-assigned carrier was amazing!
