I worked with ******* to ship an SUV from ******* to **************. He was awesome! He answered all of my questions, helped me solve a problem I had with getting the car picked up, and quoted a fair price. The pick up and drop off happened exactly as promised and the delivery was fast. The driver was very courteous and communicated with me throughout the process. I will definitely use them again!
I was moving a car from ********* to **. It was due on a Wednesday, but i didn't get it until Saturday. This was because of a trucking company to which Easy Cargo gave my car. I am confident that the fault was with the trucking company, not Easy Cargo. When i complained about the trucking company, Easy Cargo immediately dropped the trucker and got me another one. From start to finish, Easy Cargo was highly professional; competent, responsive, and courteous. I used them 5 years ago and my experience was the same as now.
