He answered all our questions & we could tell he’s very knowledgeable of Ecola’s procedures. The guys who performed the job were also on time & respectful. They did the job thoroughly. Your annual termite re-check program is a reassurance that all's well--since the years' ago event when Ecola rid us of subterranean termites once and for all! It's important in an urban river-adjacent and parklike neighborhood with many wood frame older houses and stables, to maintain a valued home. The tech is always knowledgeable and unbiased! Thanks!

Shaun did an excellent job ridding us of our ant and rodent invasion. He called ahead each time to let us know he was on the way and always arrived on time. At the end of the process he cleaned and vacuumed under our cabinets…. I would highly recommend Ecola services!
