the employee was professional and appeared thorough. There was additional work to be done and he said they would come back to do it. to date I have not been informed regarding the additional work. That is my only complaint.
Excellent work as usual.
The inspector is very thorough and what I love about him is that he is vigilant when it comes to matters of dry rot. He feels about dry rot the way Captain Ahab feels about the white whale - and this is good.
Roberto was courteous and approachable. He performed all the tasks that Francisco did for me in the past.
The technician did a very good job. Very knowledgeable and tell us forever he is about to do.
My property is well looked after, no pests, no mess no fuss. Love it.
Timely, friendly and professional staff, and hoping treatment will be effective too! The two year warranty is a plus.
Technician was good and asked how the current conditions were. I used to be on a normal schedule every three months on Tuesdays between 0900 - 1100 but that hasn't happened these last two visits. The days have been different each time and they come in the afternoon. I don't know when you are coming now and do not receive any notice ahead of the day they get here. Luckily I have been home when you have come.
