Had a great experience
Matthew was very friendly and as far as I know very thorough. I wanted to know him better so I asked him some questions. I learned that he is married and the father of a new son , Noah. He even took time to show me pictures. All said, I’m very pleased with Matthew and his work.
I didn't feel the service man was very thorough...he said he would de-web the perimeter of the home but there were many many areas that were not cleared. He also did not place rat trap in attic where he found a dead rat. Not sure j will continue services even though I signed up for monthly service. Depends on whether it improves.
I am very happy with the control service warranty. Anthony came and treated the areas that had termite activity. It is nice to know that I can call anytime I have concerns about pest control.
