I have used Mr. Ed Butler and his team to purchase my first home and again for my second home. Never had an issue with getting in touch with someone for an update. The communication via phone, email, and even text was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've used Ed and team on mortgages for 2 separate homes. Both times they have been friendly to work with, fast in responses and made it easy to deal with the onslaught of paperwork that comes with taking out a mortgage. Ed and his team always keeps an open line of communication, where they ensure you know where you are within the process every step of the way. If an unforeseen circumstance comes up, they do everything in their power to overcome that hurdle. We are clients for life!

My wife and I have used the Ed butler team twice in the last year, once to purchase and renovate our first home second to refinance said home. The product we used was a 203k loan. Threw the whole process the butler team were there to help us all along the way.
