Ed was unbelievably helpful, but not just about financing the house. He actually taught us how to improve our credit and better manage it. I delt with another finance company prior to Ed and they pretty much just said, your credit is too low goodbye. Ed walked us thru improving it. With his help we jumped 100 credit points. It never felt like Ed was merely working on his paycheck from us, it felt more personal. I've already referred a friend and my daughter will be using him later.

Ed helped us get our credit straight for a year before we bought our house in 2019. He was patient, attentive and super friendly. Fast forward to February 2020, Ed calls us out of the blue and asks if we’d considered refinancing. He had knowledge of the rate drop coming and thought of us. That means something to me. He was able to get us an additional 1.5% lower on our rate, lower our payment and the interest we’ll pay over the life of the loan. He kept us well-informed and was always available.
