Tour Experience Me and my partner felt very taken care of by Jocelyn. She answered our many questions and gave us additional insight to keep us informed as well. As new to renting apartments, theres always a worry of missing something or getting scammed but this visit was very genuine and thorough. I would highly recommend booking a viewing with Jocelyn considering how friendly and patient she is.

Maintenance service Today i have a few works orders I put and less than a hour Edward and Adam where there within 30 minutes to do all requested maintenance services and I was pleased with their service and I'm happy that they fixed well the faucet and light fixtures. I also respected that the young men in my unit that took their jobs seriously.

Maintenance personnel Called the office this morning about a maintenance repair to the furnace and shortly after Adam and Eddy showed up. They were able to access the problem and provide a solution in a timely manner. They were very helpful and respectful. We need more like them.

I loved my move in process!! I had Tichelle for my agent during my processing, the staff themselves were extremely helpful and supportive through the whole process!! I went to tour the apartment and was not disappointed AT ALL. The conditions were beyond acceptable and I will be recommending them to my friends again thank you all so much for your help!!
I love my residence here! I just wanted to say that I love my residency here at Eden at Bexley Crossing. The property is neat and clean. They are also very attentive to every detail. The ladies in the office Abalin, Tichelle, and Jocelyn are the best. They are always eager to help me out and others. I see the interactions they have and it’s always positive. I love my apartment here. I love the area it is quiet and I am safe here. I love the staff and the property they are the best!!

The best property This community is great. The property ie clean and up kept. I really appreciate how they talk to people and I'm glad to be part of this community.
