Tammela Is amazing!! I don’t always leave reviews but when I get exceptional treatment I always do. Tammela has been nothing short of amazing help me through this rental process for my mom. The area is updated, clean & family friendly. Not to mention they have a basketball court & a tetherball court! Yes! Tetherball! I was shocked at how nice the area is. Thank you again Tammela for making this process smooth.

Great apartments & staff I was in a transition period and Shakhia was so helpful during this process. She explained everything thoroughly and had a positive attitude. The apartments are updated and the grounds are well maintained.

Andrea is Awesome! I ultimately did not select Eden at Jefferson Crossing as my housing option, but working with Andrea was great. She is personable, kind, straight-forward, and disarming. Location, Location and affordable It's location for me Columbus city w/Gahanna schools. I the center of most areas (Gahanna, Blacklick, Reynoldsburg not far from Easton and super close to the airport that's where the noise comes from) near 270, 70/71. Taylor Ridge is tucked away in a fairly quiet area. The property is clean, I feel pretty safe since living here. Great starter apartment This is my first time living on my own and it's so affordable for first time renters! Maintenance comes by the next day if there's an issue, no issue with my neighbors, and plenty of space in both the living room and bedroom. The only downfall is I work late and I can't always get a spot on my street when I get home. The kitchen is a little outdated but they put in new appliances before I moved in so it made up for it. Overall I have loved living here.
Ridge at Taylor Station A nice location, quiet and safe. However, a little older with not many updates to the units. Still, you get what you pay for.
I would highly recommend living here! My husband and I have lived here on & off over the last five years. The management is wonderful-any time we need something repaired, it is done so immediately and with care. Rent is very reasonable, and the community is quiet. I feel very safe living here. My only very minor complaint would be that the kitchen/carpeting are slightly outdated, but all appliances are in great working condition. The Ridge At Taylor Station I really like space or size of the apartments, very spacious. Also the hospital or medical facility’s just across the street, highway less then 3 min. all the amenities too. Stuff is very nice. I would tell people to come and live at The Ridge At Taylor Station
