My friends and I were visiting Bath for the weekend and I’d booked this ahead. The welcome was very warm, the food very good, and the service very attentive. Would thoroughly recommend a visit here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and given an opportunity would repeat the experience, would definitely recommend.
We loved the staff and the ambient the only thing let it down the options of drinks
It was fine. We ordered two steaks, both medium rare, one was as ordered, one was very much medium. Generally the food was tasy and of good quality. Prices were probably on teh expensive side, but maybe normal for Bath, we don't know. Very little atmosphere though, as it was very quiet, especialyl fro a Friday.
The venue is great, has a nice feel to it.. The food was passable and for the price I've had way better steaks elsewhere. It's also one of those places where you have to add over priced sides to it to actually make it a meal which just puts me off every time. My eyesight is probably typical of a 76 year old, but for me the light lever was a bit too low, i had to use my phoine the read the menu and wine list.
