I've been a customer for over 20 years. As soon as the institution became ed fed, the perspective has changed to institution first members second. Money is constantly on hold and access to your money is unattainable when it's needed. Checks , canceled e- transactions, etc... Money is always in their side. My aunt highly favors the convenience of banking at this EdFed. Due to her advanced age, she never has to wait in a long and tiresome queue. EdFed allows seniors and disabled people a single line; very fast and efficient. Also, their ATM is safely located outside the main entrance. EdFed has always provided a secure and courteous banking experience.
Always meet my expectations. The staff are helpful, personable, kind and respectful.
Took 40 mins to make a deposit in the drive thru. When I pulled up there were 5 cars in front of me. That is an average of 8 mins per customer. They have to improve their speed. Very very very slow!!! 👎
