Service tech was polite and professional. He explained what the service would consist of and asked if we had any issues to address. He let me know when he was done and explained what I should look for etc.

Everything was fine - but he didn’t inform us he was leaving - so we didn’t get to ask questions. Plus - we usually sign something and he didn’t have us do that this time.

I asked the guy that came to spray to check inside and he checked all rooms with no hesitation. He was very friendly and quickly did his job outside and left.
