The technician was wonderful very personable and informative. He even liked our little kitten and played with her a bit. The sales team over the phone seemed to hold back quite a bit of information. They told me all about the bed bug treatment, but nothing about any other treatment "required" to keep the warranty.

James is a very professional young man and did an excellent job. We are in a new home so he did a thorough inspection and treatment inside and out. Being new construction we had alot of Spider activity and he explained how the pesticide would work and what to expect within a couple of weeks. It feels good to know that we are stopping the pests before they have a chance to become a problem.
