My wife was home on this event and told me the tech did a great job of covering all areas of concern and discussed the details about the service to her. She felt that all potential nest locations were taken care of very well.

The technician, Scott, called and let us know what time he would be at our house and he was on time and had a professional demeanor. Although I did not see how his work on the outside, he did perform a thorough job of spraying in the basement, garage, and on the upper outside deck.
