Nothing to improve. Your rep, Tamara, was awesome. She called and told me she was on her way and was on time. She listened to my questions and concerns and explained what she was going to do to remedy them. She went above and beyond the scheduled maintenance to address concerns in my basement. Tamara is an excellent rep for your company. Please tell Tamara and her supervisor that I said thanks!!

As usual I received a call to let me know my serviceman was on his way. I apologize but I cannot recall the young mans name, but he was very professional and careful to let me know exactly what he would be doing. He left some mouse traps since we seem to always get mice in the garage whenever the cold weather comes in. I have always been satisfied with the service from Edge Pest Control. Thank you. M.
