The technician found a gap in the gas pipe entrance which had existed for years unnoticed. (It was at a very odd angle). He solved a problem that has bugged me for years. I owe him and EDGE a huge thank you.

The technicians are always kind and helpful. We have used Edge for years and never had problems. They have helped with bugs, ants and mice. Always come back if I need more help. Very happy.
They are good at times and then they are not good at times. They can fall through the cracks with not showing up for an appointment s . They have not shown up twice for appointments twice for me and if this happens again I will change companies.
