Took the time in going over everything their business does and how the work with the customer. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Mitchell was an excellent representative for the company. He called ahead and arrived on time. He didnâ t try to rush through our initial concerns conversation. He was innovative in finding the nests and we are confident he did a GREAT job!
Geat people
they don't handle beetles in trees. I did not watch what they did and it takes a few days to see if it "worked". I have not seen the results yet.
It is nice that they will come back later if you find an issue.
