Wish I could move back My husband, myself and our son lived in 542 building and loved it. We live there from May 2017-end of November 2018 and we wouldn’t have left if my husband didn’t get hurt at work. We want to move back but we can’t afford it. They were always very respectful, Maintenance was always there within a few days sometimes faster. We have lived in some crappy places but this was a really good place.

2058 Desoto St. Lived there comfortably for almost a decade before increases got too much. Exterior and public areas well-worn/well-used without being too shabby. Honest management took care of maintenance issues satisfactorily, gave back entire deposit with interest, counting the minor carpet stains, wall dent and nearly worn out appliances as acceptable wear and tear. Don't expect relief from increases. Though maybe by small increments, rent and laundry will go up past what the space is worth within a few years.

2055 Bradley - 1 bedroom Apartments are a little out dated and kitchen was small. Little control over heating during the winter, gets too warm for my taste. Property management employees are very friendly. Maintenance matters are followed up next business day. Neighbors are quite. Neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking by this building is limited, but there is parking on the other side of the garages. If you are out of town, very accommodating and let you borrow a garage. horrible apartments People smoke weed on the stairs in this apartments. If you are thinking about renting this apartments Please stay away from them because people smoke weed here nonstop and they don’t pick up after their dogs. It is worse than a homeless shelter. There are even people urinating at the parking lots and next to the cars that are parked. 542 Skillman Ave 1 bedroom apartment First, I have been here 5 years and when I moved in the place was well maintained and the management staff made sure things were taken care of including the dog poo was picked up. The halls, windows were cleaned daily. Now they barely clean once per week. Blood on the wall and told the office and 6 months later it is still there. 2026 Desoto ST. Apt. 104 Maplewood The building I live in is nasty and full of drug dealers and junkies, they let anyone move in. Cars getting stolen, property being vandalized and haunted. Built in 1960, my apartment is one of the cleanest even though the place is falling apart. Maintenance sucks. Kitchen has out dated cupboards and appliances. Supposed to be secured but constantly being propped open. Thin walls,no privacy.

Edgerton Highlands Apartments Not secure and full of theives,drug dealers,and addicts,car theft and vandalism. Not a quiet place to live either.
