2058 Desoto St. Lived there comfortably for almost a decade before increases got too much. Exterior and public areas well-worn/well-used without being too shabby. Honest management took care of maintenance issues satisfactorily, gave back entire deposit with interest, counting the minor carpet stains, wall dent and nearly worn out appliances as acceptable wear and tear. Don't expect relief from increases. Though maybe by small increments, rent and laundry will go up past what the space is worth within a few years.
2055 Bradley - 1 bedroom Apartments are a little out dated and kitchen was small. Little control over heating during the winter, gets too warm for my taste. Property management employees are very friendly. Maintenance matters are followed up next business day. Neighbors are quite. Neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking by this building is limited, but there is parking on the other side of the garages. If you are out of town, very accommodating and let you borrow a garage.
