Fast & efficient work, with friendly and knowledgeable staff From the initial inspection of our system to the completion of the new HVAC system installation, the staff here is always looking out for the best interest of the customer. Very well trained and educated employees who work fast and efficiently. We are very satisfied wth our new system and the customer service of Edison Heating and Cooling. The overall experience from start to finsh was excellent. I was completely satisfied with how everyone I dealt with at Edison Heating & Cooling, from the salesman (Dan), the staff in the office, and most importantly the crew that did the job. Pat and Dennis did a great job removing the old furnace and a/c unit and installing the new equipment. Excellent from beginning to end. Edison Heating & Cooling (1) gave me the best price on the equipment installed, (2) sent in all the rebate forms, (3) sent in all the warranty ang guarantee forms, (4) answered all questions with professionalism and courtesy, (5) installed everything on the promised date, (6) removed all old equipment, and (7) cleaned up. In addition, they provided me with a 6 year interest free monthly payoff plan through Carrier/Wells Fargo.
Furnace and HVAC Installation Edison Heating & Cooling was very easy to work with. They were very professional and understanding of the process. Our representative was Ryane Sweeney and he was really great to work with. The installation crew was great and very friendly. I recommend them.
Great job job Today a techniction Bill came out to do a maintenance check on our heating and cooling system. We were very pleased. He was knowledgeable and very nice . We have our system checked twice a year sinc we moved here and we will be requesting Bill in the spring. Thanks again Bill

Fast and friendly Techs were courteous and friendly, very pleasant and professional. They answered all our questions fully. The job was done much faster than expected.
They were the best both with service and knowledge. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. This is the second time I've used them (on 2 different homes) and have not been disappointed with either experience.
