Efficient, co-operative, professional punctual + Knowledgeable Excellent for all of the above reasons in an emergency situation. What you want is a solution and the Edison Heating team WAS the solution.
Both the salesman and the installers were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous I can't say anything bad about my experiences. The installers, Eddie and Brian, took care not to damage or dirty anything. The explained the overall operation and what the function of each part was. Everyone should have such an experience.

Great! First,let me start with the salesman (Karl Grebe) he was awesome! Down to earth.... not out to get you. He came back with a quote and didn't push me to go with the more expensive one. He explained what would be good but let me decide the final choice.
