I'm VERY happy with the CARRIER DUCTLESS A/C but even more impressed with the diligence and professionalism of Ed and Nico and their supervisors who worked tirelessly until the installation was complete and working properly. Ed and Nico arrived early and worked diligently for the whole day (on a Friday) to install a Carrier Ductless A/C unit. Would totally recommend them I had an excellent experience with Edison Heating and Cooling. Our heater stopped working and they were able to offer us very prompt service. On top of that, the rates were cheaper than I expected and the technician they sent out was very knowledgeable. This was my first time using them and they did a good job.

I highly recommend them to anyone! Edison Heating and Cooling is replacing my whole system and converting it from oil to gas. I had a number of companies come out to put in bids. I was judging them based on my meeting with them, my gut feeling, and their comfort level with the conversion of the system. Because the salesperson from Edison was very knowledgeable and comfortable, he made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and did a great job.

Everything went smoothly Our first experience with Edison Heating and Cooling was excellent. We really appreciated the level of communication from beginning to end. We hired them to replace our heating and air conditioning units. They came highly recommended to us and we felt like we got what we paid for in terms of value for the price.

All in all, great service across the board Pat, the comfort specialist from Edison Heating and Cooling, did a thorough job of making sure that I had the correct unit size that would maximize the usage of energy and perform as well as possible. He also gave me two recommendations: one that was standard and one premium. I chose the standard because I won't be in the house long enough to recoup the investment but I like the options that were given.

Seemed to take too long. Failed inspections by local officials. Although inspection failures were corrected on October 9, 2019 (originally completed on October 2, 2019), a missing permit was finally acquired on October 26, 2019, and reinspections were completed and passed on October 30, 2019.
