Great experience with pickup and drop off. Very friendly staff walks you through the entire process and makes sure you're comfortable driving off the lot. Thank you Rebecca and Elvis! This was my third time renting and ill be back again.

Perfect experience with professional and accommodating staff. The vehicle was clean and everything worked as promised. Would absolutely recommend for any rentals or purchases. Will be back next year for our annual trip and look forward to renting from El Monte again.
