I've had a similar experience to all the reviews mentioned before me again Elvis seems to be one of the best customer service agents in this location of El Monte RV. Not only was he friendly but he was very informative when walking a student our RV Christina talk to us with kindness and walked us through our contract

Rachel and Elvis assisted us with our RV rental. Rachel is very friendly and greeted us with kindness and Elvis walked us through our RV and gave detailed explanations of all the uses in the RV thank you to both I hope to get you guys again on my next rental

What an experience with el monte RV nothing but greatness and amazing customer service provided by Stephanie and Sebastian both did an amazing job with handling our questions and concerns.
