We loved to drive in our motor home. Die Instructions was good. Our Navigation was a great help to see many nice places. We presiad the information on the phone. As we bring back our motor home we became a super service und Karl, Don and Rodney were very , very kindli.

Our El Monte RV experience has been excellent start to finish. Don and Rodney made the whole process so easy and pleasant. We will be back and would highly recommend them to others.

Great service, karl, don and Rodney where very polite and helpful. The RV was very new and very comfortable. We will rent again from them.

Rodney Karl Don Was very friendly, could even speak perfectly in German with us. Works correct, cleanly and customer-oriented. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Again with a pleasure!

La caravana esta muy bien pero encontramos algunos incidentes. la primera vez llamamos por telefono para solventarlo pero, al ser extranjeros, las llamadas con El Monte RV son realmente caras /3 dolares el minuto/ por lo que solo la primera fueron casi 50 dolares y no es asumible. creemos que deberian tener asistencia a traves de internet *whatsapp, telegram, google meet o similar para facilitar esas gestiones. Del resto, solo destacar que la ducha no tenia agua caliente por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos con un cubo. En el c... read more
