The agent, Lesvia, was very professional and courteous. However, the refrigerator failed to work and all our food, milk and other perishables got spoilt, like last year!

The RV drove great everything worked well. Rv had great power om the engine. It was easy driving im traffic. Easy to get im and out of parking lots with the camera. Had a great time and will definitely rent again!

This is our second year renting from El Monte and we were beyond happy with our rental both times. We had a great experience with the entire process both times and highly recommend them..
