El monte return was perfect and super friendly. She listened very well and helped us perfect. Pick up Road bear was very bad in Denver

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Disney World. The RV we received was well maintained and comfortable. The El Monte staff was very accommodating. We will rent again, thank you for a wonderful experience.

A little confusing to find out where to park our RV and find the gate and where to go in. Agent inside was really helpful in helping us understand some confusion. Friendly staff.
