We had a blast! Best customer service and our RV was perfect for our 50 day getaway! Highly recommend renting and or buying from El Monte RV, Mckinney!

The staff, especially Lesvia, was very helpful. We had an issue with an alarm but the 800 number helpline was able to walk my husband through the process of repair. We had a great trip and the unit was very cleam.

It rides great, no issues with engine or transmission. Some stuff fell apart during the month long trip, but I fault the manufacturer on that, not El Monte. Roadside assistance tried their best on any issue that may have arose. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience.
