It was first time for me to rent. I could have a great experience!!
Reasonable rental rates and great customer service. We booked a 30 ft RV which had lots of space and comfort. The ride and drive was comfortable compared to other RVs I have driven. Not big fan of power plug under cabinets.
This was our second rental with El Monte in Mckinney TX. We enjoyed the rental and Lesvia Gilmore gave us a great tour of the RV and showed us how everything works
Very attentive and energetic staff, very prompt with responses when I had questions.
First time renter and it was a smooth experience with El Monte. There is a 20 minute video to watch showing how the RV operates and then the team was very thorough walking you through the process and operation as well. I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. Great experience and highly recommend.
The rental process was quick and easy. I recommend watching the video and reading the material before arriving. If you get the kitchen package be forewarned that it DOES NOT include measuring cups, teaspoons, or hot pads. We may also want to ask for a second pillow if getting the bedding package. The RV was clean and functioned well.
Its always pleasure. It was our second RENTAL AND ITS DELIGHT TO be renting from here. Staff is nice and friendly
